How to Order, Shipping Costs, Returns and Cancellations


How to Order:
There are a couple of ways to order. You can comment on the blog post letting me know you'd like to buy the piece. Or, you can fill out the "contact form" found on the right of the page.

If the piece you like is sold, I can create a similar piece for you unless it is marked as, "One of a Kind."

Payment:
via Paypal
Please note, if you require an invoice or that I request payment via Paypal there will be an additional charge of $0.30 and 2.9% (that's what Paypal will charge me)

Other methods of payment on a case by case basis.

Shipping:

Items will be shipped 2-3 days from receipt of payment with the exception of Express Mail. Express Mail will usually ship within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

First Class up to 5 oz                                                  $3.50
            2-5 Business Days
            Insurance and Tracking Extra

Priority Mail up to 12 oz                                            $7.00
            1-3 Business Days
            Insured to $50.00
            Tracking Included

Express Mail to 7 oz                                                  $30.00
            Overnight Delivery in Most Cases
            Insured to $100.00
            Tracking Included

Orders exceeding weights will be calculated at time of purchase.

Other methods of delivery can be used at your request.

Cancellation and Returns:

In most cases, orders may be cancelled until the item is shipped out.


Returns will be accepted for a full refund less the shipping costs within 10 days.
